Stage 1: Bridles cut to size A Plough Guage is used to cut the Bridles to size staright from the butt of leather.

Stage 2: Thickness Skivving
Certain parts of the Bridle are required to be of a certain thickness in preparation for machining. This is obtained using a skivving machine, as shown.

Stage 3: Machining of Components
Machining of the required components.

Stage 4: Preparation of Leather
Our fully trained staff prepare the leather for the stitchers in order to continue the manufacture process.
i.e. edging staining, marking.

Stage 5: Stitching the Bridle
Highly skilled Bridle stitchers at work.

Stage 6: Quality Control
The final process requires all work to be checked on Quality Control.
